Im loading now i dont think its the same 7.1.0.205 thats been leaked cause
their is a ( patch os) being downloaded on top of 7.1.0.205 !
I would assume Tmo fixed some of the bugs too original 7.1.0.205 if so
    thats cool of them !
    Will keep u updated............

    Same dont see any difference.

This really takes a long time. When I saw the warning that it might take up to 2 hours I just figured it was the usual exaggeration, but it was not.

I would suggest that anyone doing this upgrade make sure you do it at a time when you know you can do without your phone for 2 hours.

Yes! Finally! Been waiting for awhile for the Tmo official software update. So what were the major/minor changes again? And someone PLEASE tell me this update will improve the battery life!

Sure wish there was a link to the file. TMO's site still says 7.0.0.250 is the latest, my device says it's "up to date" and DM has no updates available.

I just checked for a software update and it is saying that 7.1.0 Bundle 648 is available. I really hate OTA and hope there will be a DM version.

I actually prefer OTA, much easier, no need hook up to desktop or laptop. All you do is press the button and done! I don't think it takes an hour, I remember I did an OTA software update on my Bold 9700 and it actually took less than 30 mins. I believe it took 15mins at the most. But I guess its different for everyone...

What OS is everyone running that received the upgrade? I'm running the leaked 7.1.0.190. I'm not sure that makes a difference at all.

For those of you that might have used a leaked version of 7.1 and were using Hotspot be prepared for TMO to let you know it's time to pay up. After installing 7.1.0.205 you are going to be told you have to sign up for the $14.99 a month Hotspot service.

To get around it you will want to replace the .205 hotspot cod with the one from .74

I am using the old cod but out of curiosity two questions. An one who loaded this know if this is any different than the beta which has been out quite a while?

Second - as mentioned I am using the old cod getting around the $14.99 a month. Any idea if TMO can detect or charge? Just curious...
