    Hello all,
Was just wondering after taking a browse through the wallpaper section of the forum and was wanting to know, who actually themes up their devices here? In the days of my 8800 I used to use themes but nowadays I try to keep it stock and just change my wallpaper. Anywhoo, go ahead and post your response and why!

    __EDIT__

Also if you'd like to post what theme you're using, go ahead!

i have definitely themed my 9900. unfortunately there arent many free ones. so what i use is the "mini banner" theme. its great because it makes the banner at the top smaller revealing more wallpaper!

Confirmed theme junkie here missing the fine themes of the past. Will be nice if OS7 gets a few more offerings.

I prefer the stock theme. Most third party themes I've tried are buggy, either a memory leak or the menu fonts are too small. I'm over 40 and my eyesight isn't what it use to be. The only theme I actually kept and used was one I created with BB Theme Studio 5.0 for my Tour, and that was because I could enlarge the date and time in the notification banner.

Exactly my point of view and habits... Unfortunately there is still no themestudio7 available... In the moment (since publishing) seven point five is in use. I prefer wallpaperfriendly themes with small or transparent top banner and outstanding high def iconset. Seven point five seems the perfect match for me... Nearly!!!. The next Upgrade should include a transparent banner on the top and a more noble way of highlightning... The default blue looks boring... More glossy or 3d or with a small (metallic) frame would free me to search for the PERFECT theme...

I'm not a big theme junkie. I currently switch back and forth between seven point five and the original theme my 9900 came with.

I used to use themes on my device. But somehow, the themes displace the icons. I ended up deleting all of them.

I have used theme in the past, but I tend to be picky. Now that I'm running OS 7.1, I just don't find many themes that I'm willing to pay for. So, change the wallpaper is what I do.

I like just changing the wall paper. When I change themes, my icons usually get moved, then I have to move them back. And a lot of themes I tried have memory leaks etc.

Seven Point Five & Small Banner are the two themes I have on my phone. Small banner is basically the default theme with a little more screen space.

Definately mini banner "live" version. And mini banner 2.0. Haven't had any issues ever, with either one. Great theme builders and the color changing "new notification" banner is very innovative. Keep up the great work drkapprentice and Lucky45! You guys are tops in my book!

The reason I like no theme is because the theme selections on Blackberries are horrendous and I say this with my love for Blackberries. Blackberry themes are truly horrendous and they look absolutely appalling. The visuals and execution of these themes are mediocre even for the paid themes. I come from an iPhone and Android and they have plenty of eye candy that makes me drool. Blackberry on the otherhand, not so much. That being said, I love my blackberry to death because at the end of the day, the stock theme looks professional, gets the job done, and is a power horse. I'm a crackberry.

Since I've had this phone (a little over a month), I've used stock. Only recently have I began using the moving mini-banner theme thingy. I download a few themes that I may have interest in trying, though.

I use the small banner theme created by Lucky. It has no bugs, no memory or battery issue what so ever. I used this theme even on OS 7.0 and now I am on OS 7.1.

It looks nice! I might have to try out mini banner, especially as I like the green signal and battery indicators.
