    My two qwerty keys went out on me last week (The Q and the W) I took it to my local Sprint repair store, and the salesman was very gracious and told me if I'd just put insurance on it this month for $8.00, Then Sprint will sent me a referbusied Bold 9930 the next day or two. True to their word the guys at my local Sprint store didn't let me down, Now I'm rock in' again with a fully working Bold 9930. Way to go guys, thank you.
