Holy crap, T-Mobile US? Where can did you see this? Paid full price and at the end of the period.
Ugh having to fight the battle on this one. T-Mobile says only for new 2 year contracts. Fun having to explain to T-Mobile that when I paid this $317 two weeks ago I renewed my contract for a full two years. Agent then explains well you can return the phone, cancel your contract, then sign back up. Up next, level two customer service lol. Nice hold music...

I upgraded my 9700 to 9900 in early Dec. My contract was up and when the TMO rep sensed a little apprehension on my part she asked me to hold. She came back on the phone and offered me a $250 upgrade credit. I said ok. Here's what my new 9900 cost me with a 2 year contract.

The phone was $317.00
Less the $250.00 upgrade credit
Less $50.00 TMO mail in upgrade credit
Less $100.00 BlackBerry trade in
Sweet deal Eds. I transferred my number to my company (still my number though) so they could pay the bill. They said my account is now a business account. Poor fellow was trying to come up with something legitimate. Could feel him working hard to come up with something.
Yes, went from second tier then transferred over to Retention. They told me to return the phone (funny as it would be to ship the first and second phone in one box) then on Saturday pick up the next phone.
Maybe I just call back tomorrow to try a different set of folks lol.
