Hi everyone!

I switch my curve 8520 to a 9900 but i have a problem.

With my mobile network i switch the BIS for the new phone but i can't sincronize my google contacts. I recebe email and the BIS services work properly but the phone can't assume the contacts.

Someone can help me?

Go to setup.
Select email accounts , highlight your gmail account now press BB key , select edit.
Scroll down choose synchronization options , select your options and save.

Your bold is it new ?
Does it have an IT policy ?

No is used, i can't find it here (Portugal) new BB Bold 9900. Only BB 10 devices.

At this moment i can't view that because is updating the firmware to the latest 7.1 OS.

But i have one question the BB OS 7.1 still have support from RIM or with the new BB OS 10 the OS 6, 7 phones will be discontinued?

BlackBerry has sold more Bolds than BB10 devices , so they will still be around for a while.

They also released an OS 7 device just last year.
