    Splash ID desktop used to sync fine, albeit with a few troubles along the way, with my old BB Bold 9650. I upgraded to a 9930 and now the software synce 1 out of 30 and I have to keep deleting, reinstalling, rebooting, resyncing to hope that it works again. What a PITA!! I also emailed Splash ID and put a created a Help ticket on their website to NO AVAIL. I finally emailed one of the guys from a year ago and all he did was send me a link to download the software.

    Is anyone having these issues? Did you solve it? Is there a better password program out there that also has a desktop version?

    Man, do I hate these guys right now. This is such important info and necessary to keep updated and they can't even get back to me. I bet if I had an iPhone, they'd be all over it.
