    So a couple of days ago I noticed the LED on my 9900 was blinking very rapidly between 2 different colors and when I checked my phone there was this weird pop-up type thing advertising an app. It said something about Facebook and at the bottom had a download button. I tried taking a screen shot but it wouldn't let me do anything at all. Finally I was able to somehow exit the pop-up and then the LED also finally stopped blinking. Anyway, so earlier today on my way to work I noticed the same rapid blinking. Except this time the advertisement was for a different app. It still wouldn't let me take a screen shot so I just took a picture of my phone with my PlayBook instead. Does anyone have any idea what it is?

    Seems you already know what it is.. advertising. Real question is, what app did you install that is causing it? It's not happening on it's own, so it has to be coming from an app. Given that it advertises Stealth Book, chances are you have an app from the same developer installed which is likely the cause. Have look at the developer list and see if you have others from the same dev.

    If so, remove them and see if the spam stops.

    I figured it was due to an app, but it didn't immediately start giving me the pop-up after I downloaded it so I got worried it was something worse. Sneaky, it waits a week after so I don't suspect it was from that app. Now I'm thoroughly annoyed at this developer. Thanks Bla1ze
