    i called at&t and i thought it was voicemail related, but it's not. the rep did something ota and it disappeared, but it came back an hour later.

    its the 49 with the small icon next to it

    can anyone help me out.

    Never seen something like that. It must be a third party app. I would go through any apps you have that may have notifications.
