    Help.....BB Bold 9900 I can send email and it goes to recipient...and my own outlook acct....just NOT to my bb bold. I have taken battery out....still no incoming emails in the past 5 hours. help.....I'm not tech savvy so re-configuring anything is a stretch....and why....what happened.

    Are you on BIS or BES?

    What kind of email? POP3, IMAP, Exchange?
