    Hello!

I use my bold 9900 for about 4 months now.
Since two weeks I have the problem, that just at the moment I take the bb out of the docking station the battery charge goes down from 100% to 90%.
If all connections are shutdown the battery holds the 100% for about 10minutes. Then immediately drops to 90% ...
There are no apps running in backround.
    I did several battery pulls.
    I updated OS to 7.0.0 Bundle 2406.
So I think the battery is broken, isn't it?
Has somebody the same problem? Any ideas to fix the problem?

    Thank you

There is a battery meter bug in some of the later 7.0 OS builds.

Try installing the leaked 7.1.0.190 in which the issue is not present and see if this cures your problem.

I fall back to 7.0.0.261 from 579 and this issue is gone.

It would be gone as the issue is in OS build for 7.0 above .540.

Don't go back to .261, update to 7.1.0.190 where the issue is fixed. It is a good OS build.

I have a 9930 and was running 7.0.374 and never had the issue.
I loaded 7.1 last night thru DM, and now I have that exact issue.
I've done a bunch of batt pull no help. Put it back in the cradle for
a half hour and it went back to 100 %, 10 minutes later back to 90%
    What to do?

Nothing you can do. It is a fault with the latest 7.1 OS build for the 9930. The leaked 7.1.0.190 for the 9900 has the bug fixed, so I guess that the next build for the 9930 will also have the fix.

this battery-bug has already been discussed dozens of time already.
Like pcgizmo said, just do the usual search.
And you could have known the issue without asking.
If you get the point, you will know why.
I've searched all morning can't find it. Don't worry about.. thanks for
    the reply.
