    Hello all
    New to the site and hope you can help me. I have the Bold 9900 which is great but the sound and alert profile icon has stopped responding? It seems to be set on normal and everything rings etc but I cannot access this to turn it to silent (or anything else) during a meeting for example. Not a major issue but a bit annoying but if anyone can help solve this then please let me know?

    1. Try a battery pull.
    2. Any news app(s) installed around time this problem started?
