My Sprint 9930 has been updating the latest upgrade OTA for almost 5 1/2 hours. For the last 1 1/2 hours it has been stuck on Restoring Your Data, where the first bar shows Calender 0% and Overall Progress 1%. Is this normal? Is there anything I should do? I also notice that radio and wifi is OFF, as I can see that in the upper right hand corner. Would that be affecting the upgrade? Any assistance greatly appreciated! Thank you!

unfortanutely it does take forever..just let it sit. someone took 15 hours to upgrade by ota so next time just do it thru dm..and dont do a battery pull while is upgrading on ota
I've been so tempted to do a battery pull, as now it has been over 2 hours stuck at the same place. I was especially worried that it might need the radio connection on, in order to continue the upgrade, but maybe not. Thank you!

no its already on restoring your date so radio connection is not needed, this is normal during ota upgrades just be patience it will come around.
I learned the lesson. When doing an upgrade use DM. OTA has bugs and slow stuff the interfere with the process...getting a call, text ect. If you or anybody does an OTA. Just start it and walk away. Enjoy your update.
Okay. So a full 24 hours later, I am getting somewhere! However, now I am getting a white screen with an App Error 603 and an option to reset. Any advice would be SOOO appreciated!

Awww, thanks. It's definitely annoying. I think I might have been having some java issues before this update. I'm just not sure if I've backed up this phone, and cringe to have a 'virgin' phone again with no personal information.
