Even if the volate out is the same it is worse for the battery if u charge it fast. Such I have an external charger which chargers slower but better for the battery

Well, there's UK version of the site too, I'm pretty sure you can get the right version of the charger pins that supports your country

Try to check in the Blackberry retail store, you will find it and even this you can use the switch board and plug this in and charge, its not a big deal if you really wanna charge your phone quickly

That bbphone premium charger is the one that comes standard with the bb playbook. And it does charge the phone quite a bit faster.

Match its specs to the one you using - it might be fine.
