    After months of struggling with 3 Bold 9900's in a row..............my carrier finally admitted there was a tower abandoned in my area, and that explains all the issues I have had. So I just changed carriers and got another new 9900 (didn't feel like messing with unlocking) and the difference is night and day. My 9900 is fast, battery no longer drains like before, signal is great, I am really pleased with the difference. And the best part is, I got my carrier to waive all cancellation fees on all our phones that we just moved. My rationale to them.............you can't penalize me for services that I have been paying for that you admittedly cannot provide to me. Wish I hadn't waited so long to do it!
