i update the software and it solve the problem but in the next day it went black again

Sounds like you need to replace the phone. Turn off the automatic dimming feature and see if that helps.
i tried to turnd it off before but it doesnt work
I'm thinking defective unit.
maybe ... but i dont think so cuz i update the software and it fix the problem for a day and then the screen went dark again
