my 9900 fell into water. I tried the bag of rice trick for two weeks but still no screen. it does power up though. how can i wipe it, including the internal memory?
About 10 minutes in the microwave will do it. Just kidding though the microwave will accomplish what you want. But left in the micro too long and it will catch fire!
There is no way to do a security wipe if your device is not working.

you can try bbsak if it reads the phone then, most likely you can wipe it.. security wipe and device wipe
