Greetings all. I'm looking at deploying the 9930 to my users so they can retire their old Tour's and Bolds. However, reading encrypted email is a requirement and that requires the S/MIME package. What we currently do now is just have them download the specific device software for their device, plug it into their PC and have them add S/MIME.

The problem I am running into is nobody (RIM or Verizon) has released the OS download for the 9930 so I can't have users add it.

I *could* have them install the Desktop Manager then the seperate S/MIME package, but I don't really want the Desktop Manager on computers. I like to keep smartphones as "PC free" as possible.

Has anybody come across the OS download for the 9930 yet? I usually get it from BlackBerry� Software Updates but like I said, they do not have it posted yet. I'm on hold with Technical Support trying to figure something out.
