    Man oh man, what a horrible experience. I have the BLACKBERRY 9900 red light of death bricked bull**** nonsense. Sure sir, the tech geniuses at BB tech support Rogers tell me it's frickety defective...duh....we'll send you a replacement - for $ 35. Thanks. What a deal. What a bunch of hosers. Or is it just me ?     that is their new policy unfortunately. Sometimes if you yell enough or ask for a supervisor they will waive it.

    45 minutes, three csr, one tech, customer relations, a supervisor and fee waived. Worth it ?? Ridiulous but successful.

    Always ask to be sent to Customer Retention - and be serious about possibly leaving their service. I bought my 9900 off-contract to keep my 3 years to just that.
