sign into your bold with your ID and make sure you have BBM7 + installed, it'll recover all your BBM contacts, as for actual contacts, you'll need to recover from a email if you backed up to cloud.

For the non-BBM contacts, you can send your contacts via Bluetooth by pairing the two devices together.
