Hi. I have a BB Bold 9700 that I've had for a couple of years or so. I recently bought a new computer, a MacBook Pro, and so was finally able to install Desktop Manager (my old pre-Intel Mac wasn't compatible). I attached my phone and downloaded all the new updates - which is when I realised that my diary entries, past and future, had all been wiped out. I have tried to restore them, and Desktop Manager says the restore has happened, but I still can't see entries on my phone. This is a total disaster, as I am freelance and this is my only record of upcoming work! Any help or tips at all about how to get my entries back would be massively appreciated.
