If your Blackberry Bold 9900 or any other OS7 devices has bricked itself please report it on this post. Include the following details

    9900 or 9930:
    Which Carrier:
Did You Use the Device Switch Wizard?:
What was the battery percentage of last use:
    Which OS:
How long did you have the device:
List All (If possible) the apps you downloaded:
    What Happened?:
    Extra Comments:

Hopefully with this we can figure out why these bolds are mysteriously nuking itself.

    OS I think latest
    Telcel
    Bricked after one week
Red Led Light flashing all the time.

I think it bricked after the battery was too low.

Can people report if they used a SD card or not?

Everyone seems to be glossing over this as a potential cause as well.

    9900 or 9930: 9930
    Which Carrier: Verizon
Did You Use the Device Switch Wizard?: Yes (from Bold 9650, but that was months ago)
What was the battery percentage of last use: don't know
    Which OS: official vzw .374
How long did you have the device: since release date (2-3 months)
List All (If possible) the apps you downloaded: last downloaded apps were starbucks card mobile and the unofficial shazam (I'm assuming these two apps messed up the device as they weren't OS7 tested or fully compatible)
What Happened?: JVM error 517 during reboot
Extra Comments: Have a new device with all the same apps, except for the old shazam (i downloaded the os7 official) and the starbucks app. No problems so far.

It randomly started to type by itself. Then the keyboard and screen became unresponsive. After wiping it with BBSAK and re-installing the OS, it bricked. After 3 and a half weeks. Went back to my old faithful 9700....

Four minutes after some guy on here is screaming about starting a Class Action Lawsuit because he bought a 9900 that is bricked because of something he probably did wrong and does not knowwhat to do to optain Warranty on it from who he bought it through from Amazon and a 3rd party now this OP starts one so now we have multiple threads going that are not needed and it perpetuates bad threads that are not needed.
