I was just wondering whether there was any way for me to make a call and for my Bold to automatically record that telephone conversation (both sides)?

No it is not possible on any phone. There are devices you can purchase to do that.

It's illegal in many areas to record phone conversations you should probably check if it's ok where you are before you begin to do this.
