Hello lads and gents,
I know I'm very late to the party but this is a new BB9900 user, switching from flip phone Sprint to monthly Tmobile, ($50 plan -should be ok, right?)
I bought a new never used 9900 and looking to get some info on how to start working it, meaning:
once arrives, do i charged first for a couple of hours or play with it, im going to download the desktop manager
and update to the latest software? or first go to tmobile store, get it activated then update?
I'm not a heavy social networking user, just browsing and sms/voice

Any tips/tricks to make sure this one lasts a long time.. thanks all

Welcome to the world of BlackBerry and to CrackBerry forums. My suggestion is to activate the phone early. Plug in to a charger and work as soon as possible. New OS is good. Be sure to read reviews before loading an OS. Then enjoy that fine phone.
