Hey guys , so I've purchased the new Blackberry bold 9900 but seems like the piece sold to me has this quincy report .. so basically if the phone lags for more than a sec or has any faults I get a notice saying that its sending the report to RIM. Has anyone managed to get rid of this buy? If yes would you please let me know how..

I was able to get rid of the quincy report yet I'm stuck with the battery log now .. trying to get rid of the modules but doesn't give any option of deleting. Any help would be appreciated.
