    I just upgrade my BB from Tour 9630 to Bold 9930
    Last time QPST 2.7 build 355 working with 9630, but no longer works with 9930
    I don't notice windows asks to install RIMM virtual port device
    Without virtual port device, no way to read BB profile using QPST
    Anybody can help?

    why you want to use qpst..
    rim might provide you needed tools and data.

    really ?? does RIMM provide USB tether utility?
