hi guys
my bb 9900 profile sound goess off when i keep my mobile idel and more than one mis cal or message ringtone beeps...
when i check my sound profile everything is normal, and when i click test or try palying a ringtone, no sound
this is something weired!!!
previously it was happening when i use a prepaid sim card, and balance message pops up when i cut a cal.
nw its happening when i keep my phone ideal
please help me guys

my os version is
7.0 bundle 2090(v7.0.0.474,platform 5.0.0.645)
