    hi all , i have got the new bold 9900 , this is my 3rd one as the other 2 have been faulty . My problem is that when i try to sign into my blackberry i.d to upgrade applications such as facebook it says " unable to sign into you're blackberry i.d account " , this is very strange as if i try to log onto it on my laptop it works fine but not on my mobile . Does anybody know why this is ? thanks .

    I had this same problem. I was able to fix it by signing in with my blackberry i.d. to the payment options tab. Then i was able to sign in to upgrade apps properly again. Hope this helps you out.
