I recently returned to the platform after migrating to the dark side using a new bold touch. On the new os I cannot seem to get my owa to sync (settings are correct) and when I try to log into the secure site through the browser it won't let me log on, yet I can log on using opera browser on the same phone. This is telling me there is some issue with the internal browser that's not allowing it to connect to the secure site. Is there a setting or a third party app that will work?
To get to the manual settings, you need to first provide the valid email address, but an incorrect password...that should enable the manual settings checkbox.
You should be able to enter all the correct settings, are you sure they are correct?
Oh, wait, you are trying to access your account via the browser? or sync via BIS?
