Yes, in the message options, you can select which ones appear in the main Messages box, versus going to an email account's individual icon.

I will say that Android doesn't hold a candle to BB in terms of MS Exchange support though. In addition to an actual bug in the latest version of Android on the Moto X that causes sync delays (which is supposed to be fixed soon), the features just aren't there. No option to search by sender; weird Reply to All behavior that always includes yourself in the recipients; and no way to set your out-of-office message. Weak!

On BB10 with my specific version of exchange there's a bug BlackBerry has been aware of since July regarding weird Reply All behavior. We'll see if Droid fixes before BlackBerry. Not counting on it.
