hi i got 2 bolds 9930 verizon models from my friend and both are stuck on rebooting and they only show red led notification light,they were both arent in used for a long period of time,i charge the battery 5-6h but still i cant booth them again red light,i also tried to change he battery (from 9900) battery was full chargde and it works on 9900 but still both 9930 are not booting,when i connect them to laptop and open desktop manager,manager can open and recognize them but i cant update or reload software or anything to do is there any safe solution for this thanks

Are you familiar with jl_cmder, BBH Tool or anything similar in nature? You might have to wipe your phone and reload the OS.

Where can i found and download that tools? Also i need to download 9930 verizon firmare and flash it with that tool right?

Ok guys i need help now, i found win laptop,i download bbhtools and install blackberry device software for 9930 first,and now when i open bbhtools,bbh cant connect to both 9930 it asking me if phones cant recognize to change the usb port i change all 3 usb ports and still when i click connect on bbhtools both phones cant be recognize,also before bbht tools,i tried to open apploader from rim folder and delete vendor file and try to reload software from there but same im getting message cand be recognize any advice?

Try rebooting the PC and see if the phone in recognised then.

Hey legal eagle,i restarted comp and im geeting the same message while connecting both 9930,try to change usb port if your phone is plug it in,i tried with different battery on both 9930 and also i tried without the battery uf what now???

Ok, i tried this little trick with hitting the next button on app loader but thing is im not getting usb pin unknown so i can hit fast next button,i have usb pin and some numbers 33476 something like that, and after hitting next i get or fatal error while updating your blackberry software in app loader window and i get the blackberry deaktop software does not have blackberry device software fot the device that you have connected to computer,vendor file is deleted and i have. Installed blackberry device software 7.1 for 9930 please what next?
