no brick here. Went to zero charge 2-3 times (2 radio off - 1 full stop). Standard OS from SFR France - 9900.
dont wanna jinx myself :o , but no problems here :D
I've got the 9930 on Verizon running .374
Had my phone for a little over a month now with no issues
No Nuke here. still running strong. Love this phone. Did OS updates and no issues. but now i will probably have all kinds of problems:eek:
Running perfectly...OS .261(Telus)=> .439=>.440=>.474 currently. I love this Phone!!! Now I have Medscape on it.............freakn' awesome.
I have an Ipad2 with a custom written Med program on it and am seriously considering taking a large hammer to it. I'm thinking it would make a killer YouTube vid. (Sorry just day dreaming):eek:
Nope. Never had a issue with mine. Got it day 1 from Sprint. The people who bricked their phones had some type of 3rd party app issue or are just noobs

Never bricked. Minor error once with the blinking red LED... battery pull for less than 10 seconds, booted completely fine. I suspect what could be referred to as "sleep knock" (knocked the phone in my sleep) Bought in September, no issues at all.
Got mine on day it was released in uk from o2,unbranded as well. They only got a few on first delivery.Updated o/s about three times rolled back once, never had a major problem yet fingers crossed:)
My 9930 hasn't bricked, but since the last VZW OS update, I've been dealing with a lot more "hour glass" activity. Bluetooth sometimes has a mind of its own, as does GPS.
I'm just not as happy with the performance overall. It seems to be falling into the same types of performance issues I was encountering with my previous devices.
No nuking or bricking on my Verizon 9930 which I got on internet launch day. I actually haven't had any problems with this phone. I keep referring to it as my dream phone. I absolutely love this pbone!!
Also don't want to jinx myself but here goes, NO PROBLEMS as of yet. Touching the grotty desk wood trim :)
Mine runs like a horse.
running original .261 on rogers, havent bricked yet !
*knock on wood* ! ;)
The day before I heard about the brickings, I CTRL_ALT_DEL soft-booted mine, and it stuck at the E in Blackberry. Had to do a physical battery pull - the only downside to the Otterbox Commuter case!
Haven't any OS updates yet...
Had mine since the day it was available -- no bricking, no problems. Same was true for the Storm 1 I had from it's first day to the day I got the 9930. My theory is that they were both gifts from my fiance, who is a bomb analyst:eek:, so my BBs are told the consequences of making me unhappy.....
Tbh, I didn't think it was possible to brick a BB.
Just thought you'd have to wipe and load an OS onto it.
I've had mine since O2 Uk released it, updated all the newer OS's onto it, currently using .474
But yeah, none of my berries have ever been bricked :D
Got mine the day it was released from AT&T. No brick, no charging problems. Haven't updated OS. None of my Berries in the past bricked although I did drown my 8900 in tequila (sad day).
On my 9900, I have a scratch on the screen near the Blackberry logo on the front, it rubs off then magically reappears...any idea what that is and why? lol
mine has not bricked yet, running 700 1739 . is this a recent build. clue me in:o
no brick or nuke issues :D
No brick, and no battery issues with moderate usage.
YOoo, no brickin's boyeeees!!!

i have had my 9900 since day one not once has it bricked (because of earlier comments i need not tell you of the **** suffered from updating an iPhone 4 to iOS5) i am getting a bit sick of people bitchin@ here, when anyone with any phone could bit@h. i know android, blackberry and certainly apple (mostly apple) unhappy users. My 9900 is great. No bricks not yet, sure it will come, would be an ***** not to think it will. All phones fu@k up, at some point. So what was your point?
No need to use that kind of language here. Makes you look very childish. I'm glad your 9900 is working fine but that post was totally not called for.
Got mine on launch day from ATT, still running the stock OS .440. No problems what so ever, running like a champ. Battery life is even getting better each day.
I have drainerd the battery to 0% and charged back to 100% no issues.
