I have a 9900. yesterday I attempted to update my software. My phone NEVER recovered.
The screen is all white with a random black letter here and there.
I can see icons about the size of a pinhead.
The only thing I can do with the phone is turn it on and off.

PLEASE HELP ME FIX MY PHONE!!!!! IM DESPERATE!!
