    According to DM and list of applications the Plans Application is installed on my device but I can find it where it is on my phone 9900. I will appreciate let me know where it is and what this is?

    I can be totally corrected if I am wrong, but I believe this has been present & integrated in the OS since carrier billing has been instituted in AppWorld, but is just now being shown as a separate & individual application on OS7. I think it allows users to be able to connect to and authorize purchases made for direct carrier billing using third party apps such as Bango and the likes??....

    I see that some have deleted it with no apparent consequences, but are they also using carrier billing in AppWorld?
    As stated, I could be mistaken...
