Can someone please enlighten me on what could be the problem my screen is doing it's own thing opening and closing apps jumping screens making calls unless i have the lock on. Even in the middle of a phone call it does it's own thing put the call on hold calls other contacts etc. Help

Sounds like the sensitivity is really causing you problems. Making calls unless you lock the screen is a MUST! That has happened to me in every BB I have owned. Are you pressing things with your ear or face as you talk on the phone?

I experienced the same thing - now I just cover the trackpad and use the touchscreen.when I'm outdoors on a sunny day.
