I don't use the sim card (apart from about 5 emergency numbers), but I've ended up with 2 phone books on the device.
One is Gmail, and one is listed as "unknown"
Most of my contacts are in the Gmail book, but if I add a new contact it saves by default to unknown. I have the display set to "both" so I can see all my contacts, but would like to move all the unknowns to Gmail in bulk, rather than having to either copy or re-enter them one by one. Once done, I would also like to delete the unknown book, leaving me with one, default Gmail book
