Hi,

I applied the newest update for my phone while being in Europe and everything works expect for my BBM and BIS emails. There is no reception for my carrier, Sprint.

Any way I can get my service books sent to me through Wifi or downloaded from a site? My phone browser works.

Also, I have a backup of my phone (prior to the update).. Are the service books backed up? Could I use that back up?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you did a full backup then yes, your service books were backed up.

restore in full and if BIS connects over the wifi you should get sync.

Thank you for the advise. Would the backed up service books work with the new OS? Thant back was with the old OS.

Yes, your service books are provided from your provider, so these will not change with your OS version.
