Orange Colored Characters on Keypad
Hi Everyone!
I've just purchased a 9900. Though it is advertised that the new bold 9900 has an all white characters on it keypads, mine has orange characters on numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. I'm just wondering if i've got a fake 9900. Mine says its made in Hungary (Hungary 3). I don't experience any problem with my phone, just wondering if it's authentic. Hope you can enlighten me. Thanks.
The orange lines are the strokes for chinese
Hi! The orange lines on your keyboard are the stroke lines for chinese pinyin entry. It's found on phones manufactured for chinese speaking APAC countries such as Hong Kong. Check the side of the packaging - there's probably a label there that says "Hong Kong."
I was actually thinkingof getting one for the slightly cheaper price, but I ended up getting one destined for my local market so as to get the 2 year warranty with it.
