    If I check the CPU usage of the applications on my 9900 I notice that "options" uses 90% of CPU when I am only scrolling down the menu :S

    Is this normal?

    Very so! All phones do it, you needn't worry. You'll notice if you stay still on the screen it settles down nicely.
