Do I need to try and reinstall? Is this for an unused app? Any suggestions?

I re-loaded, and it came out fine, only updating what was missing. But I still don't know what that error was!! Thanks

Same error I got when trying to load .342. No idea what it is but I kept getting an app 602 reset. No matter how many times I've wiped and reloaded the phone with this same OS, same OMA DM error and app 602 reset. Finally settled with .318 and its been working well.
