Proof is in the pudding baby.

Still plenty powerful and does all the general essential apps with ease. If you need more, get a newer device.

Louis CK? Will have to check on him.

I prefer uploading YouTube vids on the 9900 actually.

Hahaha - not my Droid. Got a new one, wanted to share this pic from its mega camera. Don't know what the upload will handle, pic sterilized.

Focus was on the cars, but on the actual pic you can see dandelion leaves in the grass.

Buy it! I saw a purple Scat Pack over the weekend.

I'm pretty sure my 9930 was able to BT to the 8.4 U-Connect ...

haha well it was sold at this point. ALL of them sell for over sticker because there aren't many and people get into bidding wars. This one was stickered at $77K but sold for $82K Canadian of course.

Yup, the 9900 camera takes good pics, good enough, just not good close ups

Very sure they will be desirable cars in the future (just like your 9900!).

Roads here are so congested you're lucky to hit the speed limit on a morning / evening commute, rendering that super charger useless.

You can't put speedtest on that phone, can you?

Saturated 4G speeds around here are like 12k. I would have to say with almost all the phones on 4G now you are probably latching on to some a-grade 3G connections.

holy crow that's fast! the 9900 is capable of H+ and I think it will run around 20mbps? But my wifi is maxed out around 8mbps. On cellular tower speeds I am pullin in around 25 mbps but that is on my iphone and ipad Air and THAT is plenty fast to get anything done.

Yeah I also use Ookla Speedtest on my apples but I checked and it's not available for the 9900 unless there is a website? There was another speed app to measure this in the OS7 App World but it doesn't work, or at least I cannot get it to.

I would LOVE to speedtest the 9900 on cellular!

The ookla website needs flash to run their test, would be nice just to keep everything level.

IIRC, the 99xx was designed to do the dual connection and was capable of exceeding the 12k mark.

Wonder if you could use the 9900 as a hotspot and use the iphone to test the connection that way?

That's a good idea, I should try that say....with my ipad. However the last time I tried to pair a Blackberry and an Apple was in 2011 with my 9780 and my ipad 1 and there was no way that ipad would play nice with anything other than another Apple device!

Things might be different now because I can pair my VM-605 Blackberry Bluetooth Visor-mount Speaker to my iphone, so I guess I should try.

I was thinking to turn on your WiFi hotspot on the 9900, then connect your iPad to the 9900 via WiFi to run the test.

I'm pretty sure the iPad won't connect via BT to a BlackBerry.

You're right, they will not connect. They do recognize each other, but ya.

Do you know of any website where you can do a speedtest?
