on topic : thanks, downloaded and cursing myself for installing windows 8. it doesn't seem to work! dm installed, os installed but when i try to run loader it doesn't work, doesn't detect my phone. still, in dm i can connect the phone, backup it... strange.

- The Application Switch title is back in App switcher.
- No popping sound upon reboot.
- BlackBerry Maps seems to have an updated UI (bar at the bottom of screen)
Application Resource Monitor requires a keycode??!... Anyone else getting that?Nvm there was some kind of conflict between .30 and .35 version as this build installs .30 I think. Just uninstall and reinstall the app if it happens for you.

Curious if the media error (pausing and unpausing leads to 'tinny' or reduced range of sound) has been corrected yet. I guess too early to tell about the rate of memory leak.

Just saw that when you set up your Sounds & Alerts (ie, ringtone, email, text, etc. sounds), for the flashing LED alert you have your choice of colors now, instead of just "on" or "off."
The choices are: Off; Red; Green; Blue; Orange; Purple; Yellow.
Waiting for version for 9810 and hoping no mic issues for anyone on any version! Keeping the faith until I read otherwise.

Is there any way to know whether I can install it on my BB9900 without any issues. I have (as far as I know) a non-carrier-specific BB9900 running 7.1.0.714.
