Thanks for Your great Tip Phil!.......I did it...installed .585 java with .540 SFI, it's faster and more responsive than the stock .585 (almost like 7.1.0.74 but with a smoother touch), this combo also fixed the 92% battery drops, I installed it about 3,5 hous ago and my battery drains normal. I think with this combo we'll also get good ADR...let's see in the next 3 days.....
Howz the performance of .585 with .540 radio? You must have used for more than 24 hours now...
And if it is seriously good could you please give us a link to a copy of it for those of us who are not confident enough to create our own hybrid version

It works well for me, and that's all that counts
I've already posted instructions on how to do it here, and I don't have a file sharing account, so I won't be uploading anything.
.585 is working good for me so far. battery didn't lose much overnight and i'm not having the percentage drop after taking it off the charger. maybe it's an app or something that people have that is causing the battery drain and drop?
Is the sound problem fixed ? Because since the upgrade after .296, all updates presents a problem, that shut off all sound untill i do a battery pull off...
Upgraded from .540 to this version. On .540 my average idle drain rate was between 0.6% and 1.5% with all my regular apps installed. With this version, my average idle drain rate dropped to between 2.5% and 5%. With zero apps installed and my usual tweaks.
I played around with it for the day, but ended up going back to .540. It's nice to see my sub-1% drain rate back. I also noticed an increase in boot time with this version of about 20 seconds. Otherwise it was running fine.
My verdict...I'm gonna take a pass on this version, I don't like going backwards.

That's interesting. I thought this was a bug for everyone on .585
If it is an app causing the 99+ to 92% drop issue... I suspect it might be MeterBerry
