Hey. My bold 9900 just had a number appear at the top of the screen where the notifications are. Its the number 240 with a small black circle next to it. Any ideas as to what it is and how to get rid of it?
Sounds like an installed app is trying to get you to download another app. Tap the notifications and then tap the 240 notification. You'll be either taken to the messages folder or to AppWorld. Once you view the message, the notification will go away.
