hey, can anyone tell me if your new bb 9900 comes with uninstalled programs in the apps world. i ask because i just bought a bb 9900 from a guy (he said it was new) but when i went to the apps world to get some apps i saw there was a list of uninstalled apps. is this normal with a new bb 9900?
Did you enter your BBID Info? Because I think when you do that and go into the Blackberry App World it will show you a list of apps that you previously downloaded and purchased so you don't have to go find them and re-purchase them.
I just cant remember the exact keys but there is an option where your input those keys, you would see how many months, days, hours, minutes and seconds the BB has been used.
Will keep you posted once I get a hold of that info again.
I used this before with my 9700 and 9780. Not sure though if it will work with the 9900.
Go to Settings --> Device --> Device and Status information --> then just type BUYR. then scroll to the bottom, and you can check the data & voice usage of the phone.
I did this everytime I'm buying a new blackberry. I always check this before leaving the store.

Didn't know about this and just tried that function. Interesting that it's titled "buyers remorse". At least someone at RIM has a sense of humor I guess
