Hi all...Allison here...I have a 9900 and was running 7.0. AT&T sends me a message telling me to update to 7.1. I do a backup before starting anything as I learned that lesson the hard way, once. During the process, it backs itself up as well--with that being said, it's now been backed up twice. Doing the update basically wiped out my phone -- which I knew would happen. What I didn't expect to happen was that I would lose applications that I bought and others that were free (via the give-away a year or so ago). Anyway, I hooked my bb back to my computer and did a restore, however, those apps never showed back up. Now I'm without apps that I truly enjoyed (paid apps/games) and a theme that I loved. Anyone have any ideas on how to find those and get them back on my phone? As my headline states, I'm NOT a happy camper right now. Thanks, in advance, for any help!

Any App you had can be re-installed using App world. unless you got them some other way.

I tried that--they don't show up in my list. Unless I'm not clicking on something that I should be, lol

They were listed as uninstalled, because......well.....they were indeed uninstalled.
