I've seen people using simulated networks to trick the phone into thinking it's on a network. I don't have a valid SIM anymore since I upgraded to a Z10. I wanna keep testing apps on my 9900 but I can't do anything on it without a plan. How do I set one up?

Connect up to wi-fi and go that route. I have done that before and have had no problems signing into app world and downloading apps. Hope that helps.

All right. Thanks. I was thinking of creating a simulated network. I've seen it on here before but I dunno how to do it.

You can also put your Z10 SIM into the 9900. Don't use an adapter, just center it in the slot , pushing it not quite all the way in. I gave my Z10 to my son and went back to the 9900 and have been using the Z10 SIM in the 9900 for the last three weeks. I am waiting for a Q10.

Thanks for the input but I've heard far too many horror stories to even bother. Again much appreciated.

The 'simulated network' appears on the screen of 'simulated phone' :-D
I am not kidding, seriously :-)
Just first go through the documentation, , as I don't know if all you need is the phone emulator, or you also need some additional files...
