    Hi All, currently just got my Bold 9900, Blackberry Desktop Manager ver2.2.1 (Mac OS 10.6.8)

    Using Blackberry Desktop Manager, clicking "Application", there is not even one app listed (unlike my previous Bold 9700), is that normal?

    this is because you do not currently have any apps on your computer for the phone, and also you do not have an OS installed to give you access to add/remove stock packaged apps.

    Which/what OS shall i need?

    I am using Bold 9900 Blackberry OS 7.0 Bundle 1346
    and Blackberry Desktop Manager ver2.2.1 (on Mac OS 10.6.8)

    So what am I missing?
