My BlackBerry Bold arrived today and already I have a problem. I was prompted to upgrade to version v7.0.0.585 and now I can't log into appworld. I could log in before I upgraded :(

My BlackBerry Bold arrived today and already I have a problem. I was prompted to upgrade to version v7.0.0.585 and now I can't log into appworld. I could log in before I upgraded :(
Check your BB id login in Options icon, Device, Blackberry ID. Also try using wifi for the first login.
This was a known issue back in the days. One way to fix it is log into App World from a computer and log out. Now try to log in from the phone.
I had this issue, I just updated the OS and it worked after that.
Thanks everyone. I ended up taking out the battery to get to my sim card and when I replaced them, I could sign in!
I'd recommend you update the OS if you haven't done so. ;)
