I just bought the Mophie juice pack powerstation and when I plug it in, I get the message that it isn't compatible. I tried a battery pull and a few other things. Any suggestions?

have you tried any other product on it.. like a ipod or iphone i bet those are compatible

yes, it works for 9780 but NOT work for 9900

You need a charge only cable when using charge sources not made by BlackBerry, as they are typically wired for Apple Devices. I think this started with the newer phones and the later PlayBook OS versions.

If you are in the USA, AT&T sells them and you can get them on Amazon as well.
