after upgrading to 825 with rc11, I cant download any apps, for free apps instead of "free" says "new password". and to the home screen, to the search bar writes "Help Line {0}"....also when i scroll to the app world icon, it doesnt says "blackberry app world" but "card type:"
anyone knows something about it? thanks

When your in your world hold alt and type rst. That will reset your purchases. That fixes a lot of problems with aw.

you could try deleting app world then re installing it
